Booking R/T Business Class to Europe for 88k Miles: Summer from TPG explains how she used Amex points to book round-trip business class seats to Europe for 88,000 miles. If I had Amex points, I would totally use this option.
Why I Lie to my Friends and Family about Miles and Points: This is an interesting read on Million Mile Secrets. I basically don’t talk to friends and family about miles and points anymore. They are sick of hearing me talk about it.

My Application Plans for 1st Quarter 2021: I love reading about people’s credit card applications. Call me weird. Mark from Miles to Memories lays out his thought process.
Paying Taxes via Credit Card 2021 Edition: This is a great reference post from The Frequent Miler. I don’t want to think about taxes yet.
Royalton Antigua Review: Harmony from Momma to Go has a refreshingly honest review of her recent stay at the all-inclusive Royalton Antigua. Part of her review reminds me of the time my family was stuck with a hotel room that didn’t have a legit sofa bed.

I didn’t read the article about lying to family/friends regarding miles and points because I refuse to give that unethical rag any hits but…
I don’t talk about it with anyone outside of my family. And even then, they only have a general idea.
Otherwise, I don’t share anything with anyone outside of this hobby. Why would I? To stroke my own ego about my travel/CC hacking skills? Not to mention it would bring more people into the game, oversaturating an already oversaturated CC and MS landscape.
@projectx I understand your point. In the past, I’ve felt like I’ve had to defend my trips because family and friends think we are rich and flaunting it. “Oh, how nice that you can afford to fly to Australia!” Well, that trip was mostly free! But lately, I’m just done with justifying anything.
Thanks for including my post! I have reached out to management and hope to include their response. I had “heard” from some TAs that corporate had already stepped in, and that things this week were better… idk ill be trolling the Trip Advisor reviews to see!
I just read your review… wow, what a trainwreck. After all that planning, money spent, vacation days used up… that really stinks. Sorry.
@Momma To Go I hope it improves! Looks like a nice property.
