For my upcoming trip to Asia, my goal is to pack as light as possible. However, I am bringing a few accessories that aren’t exactly necessary but that I’m hoping will make my flights much more comfortable.
Sondur Travel Cushion (aka the “Ass-Saver”)
For weeks, my Facebook algorithm kept showing me advertisements for the “Ass-Saver” cushion. I actually thought it was such a funny name and I giggled every time I saw the ad. Then, I pulled a muscle playing pickleball and discovered it pains me to sit down for more than ~45 minutes. So, I invested in a Sondur Travel Cushion.

It’s an inflatable seat cushion that distributes your weight while sitting. The cushion inflates easily and deflates to a small package. This is the size of the package compared to my hand:
Has anyone used something like this? How did it work out? Fingers crossed!
Portable Travel Fan
I tend to run hot, and international airlines like to keep the cabins toasty warm. My portable travel fan has helped me cool down on my last few international flights.
Neck Pillow
I can’t sleep sitting up without my neck falling over and waking up. Over the years, I’ve tried a few different brands of neck pillows. The one that stuck is the BOZZY pillow that has a velcro closure.
What are your must-have travel accessories for a long-haul flight?
