February 2026 Transfer Bonuses

February 2, 2026 By Nancy Leave a Comment

Let’s hope February brings more transfer bonuses than last month. Here are the transfer bonuses so far:

New: Chase 40% Transfer Bonus to Virgin Atlantic

Just added on Feb 14! Get 40% transfer bonus from Chase to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club through February 28, 2026. You can use Virgin Atlantic points to book ANA flights to Japan as well as Virgin flights to the Europe. Even though this is a great transfer bonus, I still don’t recommend transferring points speculatively.

NEW: Capital One 30% Transfer Bonus to JAL

Through 3:59 a.m. ET March 1, 2026, get 30% transfer bonus from Capital One to Japan Airlines Mileage Bank. Normally, the transfer ratio from Capital One to JAL is 2:1.5. During this transfer, 1000 Capital One miles will get you 976 JAL miles. Note that JAL miles expire after 36 months. Business class flights from the US to Tokyo can be booked for as low as 55k miles when there is availability.

NEW: Chase 50% Transfer Bonus to Marriott

Through 11:59 PM ET February 28, 2026, get 50% transfer bonus from Chase Ultimate Rewards to Marriott Bonvoy. I only recommend transferring points if you need to top off your Marriott account for an award stay, as you can get much higher value from Chase points by transferring them to Hyatt or airline partners.

Continued from Last Month: CAPITAL ONE 15% TRANSFER BONUS TO AVIANCA LIFEMILES

Through February 11, 2026, get 15% transfer bonus from Capital One miles to Avianca LifeMiles. I’ve used Avianca LifeMiles in the past to book award flights on Star Alliance partners (like Air New Zealand and United). The program’s website is a bit wonky and difficult to use sometimes, so it’s not my favorite program.
