Airlines Should Give Passengers a Rating (like Uber): Another good Critical Points article from Richard Kerr. I think in theory it’s a good idea. However, in practice, I feel like there could be some bias and perhaps racism involved in scoring passengers.
Using Hyatt’s Best Rate Guarantee: I liked this post by Stephen on Frequent Miler about how he successfully used Hyatt’s Best Rate Guarantee. It’s interesting that the rate on Hotels.com was only $1.25 cheaper, yet Hyatt still gave him 5000 points (twice!)
Naughtiest Passengers of 2019: See this slideshow on Travel Pulse. I remember hearing about most of these incidents throughout the year. But when they are put together in a slideshow, it adds up to a lot of misbehaving!
