I was in San Francisco a few years ago with my kids, and they would have loved several of these things, especially the Musee Mecanique. Although not cheap, my kids thoroughly enjoyed the Exploratorium. They said it’s the best museum they’ve ever visited.

I mostly agree with their FastPass best/worst choices with a couple wrinkles:
Epcot: Best is Test Track. Yes, you can make an argument for Soarin. But, Soarin’ has much higher capacity, and Test Track tends to break down more than any other ride.
Animal Kingdom: Up! show is a a good option for the “worst” use, though It’s Tough to be a Bug is just as poor. I saw people using a FP recently at Tough to be a bug with a posted wait time of 10 minutes. During Thanksgiving break. -facepalm-
