Capital One 20% Transfer Bonus to Flying Blue: Capital One just added a 20% transfer bonus to Air France/KLM Flying Blue program through September 29, 2024. I’ve used Flying Blue miles for award flights to Europe and for partner award flights to Hong Kong. I don’t recommend transferring until you see specific awards you want to book.

The Great Debate: To Transfer to Hawaiian for Alaska Miles or Not?: Tomorrow is the last day for the Amex 20% transfer bonus to Hawaiian Airlines. Some folks are speculatively transferring Amex points in anticipation of the Alaska/Hawaiian Airlines merger. Travel On Points has a great article discussing the pros and cons of jumping on this speculative transfer.

Follow-up to Hawaiian Airlines P2 Application: Earlier this week, I wrote about how my husband and I applied for the Barclays Hawaiian Airlines credit card with the hope that eventually we could convert the miles to Alaska Airlines. I was approved instantly, but my husband’s application went to pending. I’m happy to report that he was approved a few days later!
