I just read this post on Frequent Miler, and the news is very disappointing. Beginning 10/1/24, Bilt has reduced the maximum bonus points you can earn on Rent Day from 10,000 points down to 1000 points. The change is listed in the terms and conditions of this month’s Rent Day promotion:
This is a major bummer. My husband has the Bilt card, and we’ve been strategically organizing our monthly spending to maximize our spending on Rent Day for the bonus points. While we haven’t been earning 10,000 bonus points each month, we’ve been earning more than 1000. We can still earn up to 10,000 bonus points for August and September Rent Days. Bilt has an attractive list of transfer partners, including Hyatt and Alaska Airlines.
