The World Needs Travel: This opinion post from Gilbert at God Save the Points is brave and refreshing. I haven’t canceled my trip (leaving today!), but I am taking my laptop in case I get quarantined and can’t arrive home as planned. I do hope the warm weather brings fewer coronavirus cases, and that the travel industry recovers quickly.

Best Airlines to Book to Hedge Against Coronavirus Travel Disruptions: This post from Leslie at Trips with Tykes is a good summary of what airlines are doing to entice people to book flights without fear of huge cancellation fees. Delta Airlines just added change waivers for this month as well.

Pay Cash or Use Airlines Miles?: Ian at Miles to Memories wrote some guidelines of when to use cash or when to use miles and points for airline tickets to get the most value. I try to always pay with miles unless it’s a ridiculously inexpensive ticket, because by the time I add up the cost for five tickets it’s always too much.
