American Dream Flop?: Shawn from Miles to Memories recently visited the new American Dream mall in New Jersey. Since my kids and I had a blast visiting Mall of America in Minnesota a few years ago, I’ve had this new mall on my radar for a future visit. It has a Nickelodeon Universe, an indoor ski slope and a water park. Unfortunately, it seems that currently there is NOTHING else in the mall and nowhere to eat. Will it flop? I hope not!
Disney World News: Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run will be available for FastPass+ starting February 19, 2020. It is in the top tier of rides along with Slinky Dog Dash, so you can only choose one of these rides for FastPass+. In Epcot, the new Space 220 restaurant is now scheduled to open on March 30, 2020. As of now, advanced dining reservations (ADR) are not available to book. I really hope to eat there on my summer trip!
New United Business Card: Chase just rolled out a new United Business Card. It has a 100k bonus after spending 10k in the first three months. The card comes with a $100 United travel credit after 7 flight purchases of $100 or more on United. You get free baggage, 2 United Club passes, priority boarding and 5000 miles on your card anniversary. The annual fee is $99, and this offer expires 4/2/20. This card is subject to 5/24 restrictions, but it appears it’s counted as a different card from the old United Business Explorer card.

I’m excited about Space 220 restaurant. I think it will be a big hit with my family! Since we can’t afford to stay at Star Wars hotel, it’s our consolation prize. 🙂
I’m shooting for winter of 2021 and already promised the kids. No backing out of Disney now.
I hope we can get reservations! I’m following a thread about the restaurant, and there’s a lot of interest in it. The artist renderings look awesome! Your kids won’t let you back out now. 🙂
