As a Floridian, I’m always on a lookout for family-friendly points lodging options that don’t cost an arm and a leg. That’s why I was excited when I came across new property, called Magic Village, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
Trip Advisor reviews of the resort are mostly excellent. It is close to Disney parks, and there is a pool, a hot tub and few other family-friendly amenities. In short, it’s a great base for your Orlando adventures. So, what makes it stand out exactly, you may ask? This:
That’s right, you can currently reserve a 4-bedroom villa for only 15,000 Wyndham points per night. I’ve checked and there appears to be plenty of availability next spring, though YMMV.
Do keep in mind that Wyndham website is awful. I mean, think of your worst experience with a hotel program and multiply it by five. Still, there is always an option to call and hopefully reserve it that way. If you are looking to do a family reunion or if you have a lot of kids, this looks like a great option.
Villas look ridiculously nice (see photos), and some even appear to have hot tubs. There are some fees to watch out for:
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a grill cleaning fee. Anyway, I recommend you check on these things before reserving the villa, so you won’t be in for a nasty surprise.
Don’t have any Wyndham points? You can apply for 30k points offer on Wyndham credit card (non-affiliate link) with $75 annual fee, though bonus was as high as 45k points in the past. I would wait on that one, personally. But if you have a decent stash of Wyndham points, I hope you found my discovery useful. For what it’s worth, I don’t think this pricing will last.

Just booked 4 nights for next October! Thanks for this post.
@Colton Congrats! Hope you enjoy your stay at the property.
pretty cool. i was able to secure a 3 bd / 2 bth over the July 4th wknd. Thanks for this post!
Looks like this offer is now dead. I’ve searched a variety of dates and nothing comes up.
@ak-NYC I suggest you keep trying. I just found availability on some dates in March (17th-19th), plus Labor day. We did get a lot of traffic for this post (mostly thanks to DoC link), so imagine that’s why many dates are gone. I don’t know if this property is worth the hype, but many folks seem to feel that way.
Great! Happy to help.
You will not be disappointed at all with Bonnet Creek – fantastic property! Orlando is home for me!
Thanks! It does look nice on photos.
i highly expect this is a mistake rate – as this property was newly acquired – so that may have happened with the integration into their website. Typical redemption rates are 15,000 points per bedroom when you have a villa.
@Bill Absolutely! At least one of my readers got a 3-bedroom unit booked for 15,000 points per night, so it is doable for now. But I agree, very unlikely to last. I went back and forth on whether to burn points here, but ended up booking Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort. Just a one-bedroom unit, but pool area looks superior.
What a great deal! Free shuttle, children’s play area, babysitting services….jackpot!
@Nancy It certainly looks like a bargain!
Wow that place looks awesome, I now know where I am burning my 90,000 wyndham points!
Erik, I hope you get it booked! I’m sure it’s a mistake rate, but hopefully, it will stick around for awhile. Let me know if it works. You probably will have to call because website often errors out, and Wyndham is infuriating to deal with. I just reserved Wyndham Bonnet Creek property, and it was a rigamarole of giant proportions. Had to be transferred three times, and reps couldn’t understand what the heck I was talking about. But I got it booked in the end.
I’m curious why you say it’s a mistake rate… I thought all wyndham properties were 15k / night?
@Colton: While a large majority of properties (hotels specifically) will hold true to the 15k/night redemption rule – Timeshare Units/Villas etc that have multiple bedrooms are treated differently. The rule applied those units are 15k per bedroom. So for example, if you are reserving a 2Bedroom/2Bathroom unit at Bonnet Creek – then the redemption rate would be 30k per night. Hope this helps and provides some clarification.
