1). Update on Leana: She is still without power and internet at her home in Florida due to Hurricane Irma. Leana, we all wish you and your family well!
2). Chase Sapphire Reserve Referrals: If you have the CSR, you can now get bonus points for referring friends and family to the card via this site. Read all about it on Doctor of Credit’s post.
3). Barclaycard Arrival Plus Bonus Decreasing?: One Mile At at Time is reporting that the 50,000 sign-up bonus for the Barclaycard Arrival Plus is going away any day now. I’m not sure if this is speculation or inside knowledge, as we haven’t seen any concrete information. If you were planning on applying for this card soon, I recommending pulling the trigger sooner rather than later. If you were not planning on applying for this card soon, don’t panic and apply for this card based on this speculation. See this post for more details on the card.
4). Southwest Airlines Award Pricing and Credit Card Bonuses: Interesting article on View From the Wing about possible lower redemption prices on Southwest points. Also, the 60k sign-up bonuses on all three credit cards are set to expire on October 4, 2017, according to Million Mile Secrets. The Plus and Premier credit cards are available through our affiliate links.
