There are currently many posts on the increased 30,000 points Amex SPG offer. And for a good reason, it’s “da bomb.” In fact, I’ll have a post of my own tomorrow. But for today, I just wanted to write a quick reminder about Club Carlson promotion. If you have their co-branded Visa, you should definitely consider it. Here are the terms:

It is stackable with other promos, so make sure to check the website and sign up for all of them. I was able to cash in on it after prepaying a 1-night hotel stay in Warsaw. The price was only $53 all-in, and it yielded 34,000 bonus points. Not too shabby! I did have to call because the points didn’t post automatically. But CSR was very helpful, and after taking a look at my account, she added the bonus, which posted immediately.
If you have an overnight stay planned within the next few weeks, definitely consider switching to Club Carlson brand hotel. While their currency isn’t extremely valuable, 34,000 points are almost enough for four Category 1 hotel nights. That is nothing to sneeze at!
