Bilt 2.0 Surveys Credit Card Changes and Annual Fees: If you’re not familiar with the Bilt card, it’s a credit card designed for renters to earn points on paying rent. It’s a no-fee card with great travel transfer partners like Hyatt and Alaska Airlines. I got the card last year because we pay rent on our son’s college apartment.
