New JAL Credit Card, New Chase Business Card Rumor and More

October 25, 2024 By Nancy 2 Comments

New Japan Airlines Credit Card: JAL just launched a US credit card, and I’m unimpressed. The maximum welcome bonus is just 10,000 miles. Weak! But, it might be helpful for those who want status. See this post on One Mile at a Time.

New Chase Business Card Rumor: A reliable source spilled the tea to Doctor of Credit about a business version of the Chase Sapphire Reserve card coming in March. 150,000 bonus points after $15k spend, $700 annual fee, $400 annual travel credit. I’m intrigued.

Citi Adds Two Transfer Bonuses: From now through November 16, 2024,  Citi has a 30% transfer bonus to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club and a 20% transfer bonus to Wyndham Rewards. I updated the October 2024 Transfer Bonuses post.

Amtrak Roomette Free Companion Sale: Bring a friend with you for free in an Amtrak roomette when you book by October 31 and travel by January 31, 2025. See the details on Danny the Deal Guru. I’ve rode in a roomette on Amtrak several times and appreciated the space and included meals on board.
