What’s the scoop?
Chase Ink Business Preferred Approvals with 5/24 or More?
The card I’m referring to is the Chase Ink Business Preferred.
The card currently offers 100,000 bonus points after spending $8000 in the first 3 months (previous spending requirement was $15k).

The bonus on this card is worth at least $1250!
Reader comments on a few blogs like this one report that they are being approved for this card despite being 5/24 or more. (See this post for more info about Chase’x 5/24 rule). So the question is, has Chase relaxed the approval rules for this offer? Or, are people miscounting their 5/24 status?
I’m currently at exactly 5/24. I decided to apply for this card. My results are pending, but I have not been denied yet. I should know in a few days, and of course, I will keep you posted.

Both my wife and I were approved, but we’re also at 4/24. Still, the application went pending for all of two minutes before the approval email came through. This happened for both accounts, and we’ve never had that happen before with Chase business cards. Usually it’s 24-72 hours before we get a response either way.

I was denied, and did a first recon call, denied again. Told me it was due to 5/24.
@Bear Bummer. I haven’t heard anything since my initial “pending” email a few days ago.
