But one time, when I flew across the country for a job interview, a storm cancelled my flight and all of the hotels were booked. I slept at the airport on a cot along with dozens of other people who were stranded. I didn’t get much sleep, and I was so worried that someone would steal my valuables. The good news is, I got the job, and it brought me to the city where I met my future husband.
