This afternoon, I received an email from Frontier Airlines introducing a new program next year called GoWild!
GoWild! All-you-can-fly Pass
GoWild is an all-you-can-fly-pass that you purchase and includes:
- Unlimited number of flights per year
- Available to all destinations
- Available 300+ days a year (so there will be blackout dates)
- Confirmed booking ahead of travel (one day before flight)
- 12 months of travel
The announcement does not specify the cost of a GoWild! pass. But, the email invited me to get on the list to sign up for the pass at a “wildly discounted rate”. Note: I am a Frontier Discount Den member as of a few days ago after buying flights to Orlando (see post).
You can add yourself to the “interested” list by signing up on this website.
My Thoughts
This is a genius way for Frontier to get some extra money to fill empty seats. I’m very curious what the early discounted rate will be for the GoWild! pass.
If I lived in Denver, a Frontier hub, I would be very tempted by this offer. However, Frontier has limited flights from Dallas. And, planning only a day ahead doesn’t work great with hotel reservations. But, never say never. I signed up on the list to potentially get a pass at the discounted rate.
Edited to add: Frontier actually has 13 non-stop destinations from DFW according to the flight route map. That’s more than I thought!
What do you think of this GoWild! pass from Frontier Airlines?

“You will only get confirmation that you have a seat on the plane the day before your flight.”
LOL Seriously? This sounds like an SNL skit. Hard pass.
Well, it’s better than flying standby! 🙂 I’m interested to hear all the details. Hopefully they will release them soon.
