Top 5 Hits on Harmony of the Seas 2022

The more days that go by since we’ve been home from our cruise, the more I wish I was back on the ship. My family really enjoyed Harmony of the Seas (Royal Caribbean ship). Here are our favorite things about the ship:

Connecting Balcony Cabins

We booked two connecting balcony rooms for the five of us. These two rooms were cheaper by far than just one balcony room on DCL. Now that my kids are older, I love having two cabins. It’s nice to put the older teens in one room (who like to stay out very late!). Having two bathrooms is great. Plus, the cabins have a connecting door inside as well as a removed partition in between the balconies to create one larger balcony.

Izumi Hibachi

My family loves to eat hibachi/teppanyaki locally. So, we were thrilled to discover the option on Harmony of the Seas. During a cruise planner sale, I purchased dinner at Izumi Hibachi for $38.99/person. No, it’s not a bargain, but it’s not far off the price on land.

Our chef was very entertaining, and the food was delicious! It’s nice to have so many dining options on a ship.

Boardwalk Neighborhood

Harmony of the Seas has seven “neighborhoods”. Our favorite was the Boardwalk. From the minute you walk through the doors, the Boardwalk makes you feel like you’re on vacation. The carousel, the restaurants, live music…

My daughter loved this play area at the end of the boardwalk. It was near the Aqua Theatre, and she would meet up with other kids there and watch movies from there.

Shows

I know every ship has shows. But what I loved about the shows on Harmony of the Seas was the variety of the content. Comedians, ice skating shows, diving/synchronized swimming shows, Broadway musical, bands, etc. My favorite was the iSKATE showcase.

Recreation

Harmony of the Seas knows how to keep active people engaged! With four pools, table tennis, zip line, dry slide, water slides, mini golf, Flow Rider and ice skating, my older kids always had plenty of options.

Final Thoughts

Everyone in my family loved Harmony of the Seas. We would not hesitate to go on the ship again.

Have you been on Harmony of the Seas or another Oasis-class ship from Royal Caribbean? What did you think?
