Well, the end of 2021 is almost here. This was supposed to be the year we put the pandemic behind us. It sure felt that way until very recently when the virus came roaring back.
Unfortunately, this year has again been filled with highs and lows for the travel community. While we are dealing with new restrictions and trip cancellations, we’ve also seen some incredible new credit card offers come through to help us chase our miles and points travel dreams.
We are extremely grateful for our blog readers. We enjoy your comments, your questions, your suggestions and your support. Even though it’s been another weird year for traveling, we hope that Miles For Family still entertains you and inspires you to pursue your travel goals.

Alaskan Cruise
Excited for a big 3 week trip, including a Disney Cruise, we have planned with our 5 year olds next summer. We got their passports, they just got their second Covid vaccine and we’re hoping things look a bit better by summer…Thanks for your blog and the giveaway!

Thank you Nancy and Leah for all of your tips and stories! It has definitely been weird trying to follow this all during the pandemic, but I’M REALLY LOOKING FORWARD to my first trip since 2019! The end of January, my friend and i will be cruising the caribbean! We’ve already had a couple small setbacks due to the rapidly changing global situation, but we’ve also had a couple pleasant surprises so i think it will even out. We really hope that we’ll be able to stay safe and have a relaxing getaway on board an amazing ship with other fun travelers that just want to enjoy a little peaceful R&R too!
