Today, Disney released more information about the upcoming Star Wars hotel, officially known as Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser voyages. The website lists sample pricing per person per night for weekdays during off-season:
A family of four will have to shell out $6000 for a 2-night voyage in one cabin during non-peak times. This isn’t too far off from the price predictions leaked in 2019.
What’s Included?
A “voyage” on Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser includes:
- All meals–breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus non-alcoholic drinks
- Admission to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to explore Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
- Quick-service meal at Hollywood Studios
- Immersive, interactive entertainment (see this sample itinerary)
- Valet parking
- Exclusive Magic Bands
In short, it will be like a Disney Cruise, except with less down time.
My Predictions
Since this hotel/experience only has 100 total cabins and suites, Disney can charge a high price and get away with it. I predict this will sell out early, and it will be difficult to get a reservation for the first few years.
After looking into it more closely, I don’t think this experience is for me. I’m just not that big of a Star Wars fanatic. My husband and sons would enjoy it, however.
What do you think of the pricing? Are you planning to book Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser?

The Budget stay says
The rates are higher probably because they need to compensate the past low rates. The demand and supply shall decide the rates.

RiFingdiculous………… 😮
projectx says
Insanity. And this is for non-peak weekdays. Can you imagine what this will be during spring break or Christmas?
But as the old saying goes, they wouldn’t charge that much if people weren’t willing to pay it.
Nancy says
@projectx I think Disney released the non-peak weekday prices on purpose because if they would have released the weekend/peak prices, people would flip out even more.
RM says
What a ridiculous waste of money. I would never spend that much unless I were a millionaire, which I am not.
Christian says
Wow. Just wow. Disney has been increasingly gouging customers for many years but this truly is stunning. $2400 a night per couple during low season? This goes way beyond appalling.
Nancy says
@Christian Indeed! But I’m betting that there are enough super-fans who will want to do it at least once. I’d rather go on a cruise. I don’t want to do light saber training on my vacation.
